Do I pay you a fee?

No. As a channel partner, HousingCorner is compensated by the developer once a transaction is registered. You receive the same price you would pay if you walked into the builder's office directly — with the added benefit of buyer-first advisory, documented disclosures, and paperwork support at no extra cost.

What does "RERA-registered" mean, and why does it matter?

The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 requires every real estate project above a threshold size to register with the state authority — MahaRERA in Maharashtra — before it can be marketed or sold. A RERA-registered project has declared timelines, payment plans, carpet area, and financial escrow rules. HousingCorner works only with RERA-registered inventory, which is your primary legal protection as a buyer.

Where do you operate?

We operate across all 36 districts of Maharashtra. Our on-ground advisory is strongest in Pune and the western Maharashtra belt, with verified listings across the state.

Can you help with home loans?

We coordinate home-loan referrals to scheduled banks and NBFCs with whom we have a relationship, and we walk you through documentation. We do not lend, underwrite, or collect EMIs — those remain strictly between you and the bank. This is required by the Act and also, frankly, how it should be.

Is HousingCorner MahaRERA registered?

Every transaction we handle is conducted through a MahaRERA-registered real estate agent. Under MahaRERA Order No. 1A/2023 an agent must clear the Agent Competency Examination before registering or renewing, so that registration is the licence the work is done under. Ask us for the registration number and we will send it — you can verify it yourself on the MahaRERA portal in under a minute.

What if a project I bought into gets delayed?

Delays happen. Under RERA, the developer is obligated to compensate you as per the declared timeline and terms. HousingCorner will support you with the paperwork and escalation path through MahaRERA — we stay with you past the booking, not just until commission is received.

I'm a builder — can I partner with you?

Yes, for RERA-registered projects only. We partner with developers who share our standard on disclosure, paperwork, and buyer conduct. Get in touch with your project RERA ID and a brief, and we'll schedule a call.
