What this site collects

The enquiry form does not send anything to our servers. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, your browser opens WhatsApp with your name, number and search filters filled into a message. Nothing reaches us until you press send inside WhatsApp.

Your shortlist (the hearts on project cards) is saved in your own browser and never leaves your device unless you choose to send it to us.

When you message or call us

We keep your name, phone number and what you told us about your requirement so we can reply, prepare a shortlist and arrange site visits. We share your details with a developer or a lender only when you ask us to arrange a visit, a booking or a loan referral with them.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled on this site, it records pages viewed and taps on the WhatsApp and call buttons in aggregate. It does not record what you type.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to hello@housingcorner.in or message +91 95619 58445.

Who we are

HousingCorner is a founder-led real estate channel partner based in Latur, Maharashtra. We are not the promoter of any project listed here; the developer and the MahaRERA register are the authoritative sources.
